About Us

LaundryOS started in late 2019 with a simple goal: to improve laundromat operations. Frustrated by the limitations of traditional control signals, we launched our beta version in 2021. Our mission was clear — redefine the laundromat experience. In 2022 and 2023, we rolled out the open API, allowing LaundryOS to expand globally. Today, we operate in seven countries and are on track to hit 10.000+ users.

Our founders, Frank Sins (Technical Director), Feike Liemburg (Business Development), and Sam Liemburg (IT and R&D) bring diverse expertise to the table. With decades of experience in the laundromat industry, Frank knows like no other how to improve the experience of both laundromat owners and their customers, while Feike and Sam have a wealth of business and technical experience respectively.

LaundryOS is more than just laundromat management. Our Smart Token system offers a secure and cost-effective alternative to traditional coins. The (web)app provides real-time access without the need for expensive infrastructure. With an open API, seamless integration, and management features optimizing machine use, LaundryOS is reshaping laundromat operations.

With the remote service,  your Electrolux Professonal Service partner can access the machine as if he was in the laundry. He can run diagnostics and download the report, analyse, change programs, monitor a machine and even update the base software. Saving travel costs and valuable (reponse) time.
