About Us

LaundryOS started with a simple goal: to improve laundromat operations. Frustrated by the limitations of traditional systems, we launched our beta version in 2021. Our mission was clear — redefine the laundromat experience. In 2022 and 2023, we rolled out our remote service tool and open API, allowing LaundryOS to expand globally. Today, we operate in seven countries and have facilitated over 1 million laundry cycles.

Our founders, Frank Sins (Technical Director), Feike Liemburg (Business Development), and Sam Liemburg (IT and R&D) bring diverse expertise to the table. With decades of experience in the laundromat industry, Frank knows like no other how to improve the experience of both laundromat owners and their customers, while Feike and Sam have a wealth of business and technical experience respectively.

LaundryOS is more than just laundromat management. We enable a variety of payment options, from integrating payment terminals to digital payments via a QR-code. With an open API, seamless integration, and management features optimizing machine use, LaundryOS is reshaping laundromat operations.

With our remote service capabilities,  our customers can use their existing service technicians, but instead of having to be on-site to use their laptops, they can use their laptops remotely. Saving travel costs and valuable downtime.
